We are looking for a well-organized Sales & Events Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues and customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation and information. The goal is to facilitate the team\xe2\x80\x99s activities so as to maximize their performance and the solid and long-lasting development of the company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested \xe2\x80\xa2 Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle the processing of all bookings with accuracy and timeliness \xe2\x80\xa2 Inform clients of unforeseen circumstances or problems \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor the team\xe2\x80\x99s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure adherence to laws and policies Requirements and skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus; \xe2\x80\xa2 Good computer skills (MS Office) \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese (optional) \xe2\x80\xa2 Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 A team player with high level of dedication \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
