Responsibilities include optimizing brand visibility and user interaction across online retail touchpoints, implementing performance measurement processes, and driving resource reallocation toward online channels. Collaboration with the Business Digital Organization (BDO) is essential for creating digital and automated content distribution processes. Additionally, the role involves fostering the online excellence and maturity of various countries.
