  • Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the beauty, healthcare, or wellness sectors.xe2x80x8b
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and persuade diverse stakeholders.xe2x80x8b
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of successful deal-making.xe2x80x8b
  • Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze market data and sales metrics to inform strategic decisions.xe2x80x8b
  • Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently and managing time effectively.xe2x80x8b
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.xe2x80x8b
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving industry landscape.
Tanggungjawab
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential B2B clients within the beauty, healthcare, and wellness industries to expand the company's market presence.xe2x80x8b
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.xe2x80x8b
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Execute effective sales strategies tailored to the B2B market, aligning with the company's objectives and revenue targets.xe2x80x8b
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.xe2x80x8b
  • Product Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of our beauty products and services to potential clients.xe2x80x8b
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.xe2x80x8b
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure client needs are effectively met.xe2x80x8b
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.xe2x80x8b
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
