1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets, increase market share and revenue goals in the assigned area. 2. Manage and coach the sales team in the area, including setting performance targets, providing training and development opportunities, and conducting performance reviews. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and distributors in the area. 4. Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and market share expansion in the area. 5. Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth in the local area through market research and analysis. 6. Coordinate with internal teams, such as production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure timely delivery of products and meet customer requirements in the area. 7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure that sales targets are aligned with business objectives. 8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors in the local area, and manage key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 9. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts in the area to maximize profitability. 10. Monitor and report on sales performance in the area, and provide timely and accurate information to management on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends in the area. 11. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team in the area to ensure they have the tools and resources necessary to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service in the area. 12. Ensure that sales orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner, and that customer issues are addressed promptly and effectively. 13. Manage sales budgets and expenses, and monitor sales performance against budget. 14. Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing sales budget for assigned regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products. 15. Undertake any other ad hoc duties, task, projects assigned by the Immediate Superior, General Manager and above when required.
