Candidate must possess at least Diploma /Graduate Diploma in Business or Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Fast learner with passion for sales and business development.
Must be independent, self motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills and analytical.

Responsibilities

Handle company\'s leads from social media and convert to sales.
Undertake customer satisfaction survey/ reporting.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
Direct and coordinate activities involving sales.
Liaise with existing customers for order or delivery.
Manage operations of daily online order processing.
Attend to customer enquiries at a timely and professional manner.
Execute any duties as instructed by the superior from time to time for the benefit of the company.
