• Candidate must have at least 2 years of working experience in sales (related in construction/ building materials)
• Candidate must have completed at least Secondary School/ SPM/ \xe2\x80\x9cO\xe2\x80\x9d Level/ STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U or Diploma.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. If able to converse in Mandarin or Cantonese will be an added advantage.
• Possess a good sense of market awareness in identifying business opportunities and threats.
• Self-starter with a high level of initiative, strong sense of urgency.
• Independent and able to work well in a team.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• Computer literate

Tanggungjawab

• To build and sustain a network of strong clientele
• To service existing customer base and be proactive in identifying new customers.
• To reactivate inactive/dormant customers to expand customer base.
• To drive sales and ensure customers are updated with current product offerings.
• To follow up on sales, and provide after sales service to customers.
• To ensure customers\' payments are made on a timely basis.
• To achieve and/or exceed the individual and team sales target.
• Maintain good communication, both external and internal
