Crafting monthly sales strategies and activities to achieve target assigned
Actively source for new potential partnership to widen the sales pools in increasing network of points
On-ground hunting for partnerships to achieve individual targets
Manage a group of sales contract staffs to ensure group targets are met
Monitor collection points' performance by Areas to ensure meeting company's direction
Observe and report competitor activities or market landscape, in respective Areas
Constantly ensure SPX Express's presence is visible within the Areas managed
To identify high-potential accounts and convert them to SPX's long term partners
Requirements :
Diploma in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing
Based in designated region with own transportation
Equipped with door sales experience, preferably in FMCG, Telco, Payment or Insurance industry
Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly
Excellent command of English, along with the ability to converse fluently in Bahasa Melayu to communicate with partners from diverse backgrounds; Mandarin is a bonus especially in targeted Areas
Open to flexible working arrangements during peak seasons / based on business needs
