Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify leads using social media, networking, and referrals
Present and explain services clearly to potential clients
Close sales deals and provide accurate handover to the operations team
Maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements:
Proven sales experience (certification industry is an advantage)
Excellent communication in English & Malay (third language is a plus)
Aged between 23-30 years old
Confident, target-oriented, and a team player
