Job Description


  • Responsible to support the company in increasing the sales and profits of the products and shaping the business
  • Maintain and develop a new and existing customer.
  • Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys
  • To handle customers\' queries and complaint promptly and professionally in order to provide customer service.
  • Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone and personal visits.
  • A sales executive has to make regular phone calls and send emails to customers to keep in touch with them
  • While interacting with clients they must be able to make fast and correct calculations and provide them with sales quotations
