Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with clients by providing consistent sales service, follow-up on enquiries, and rapport building.
Support the sales team and management in handling inbound leads, including international inquiries, ensuring timely response and conversion.
Participate in sales outreach events, trade shows, and road shows.
Actively identify and pursue new customer opportunities.
Present and promote products or services to potential clients in a professional manner.
Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries effectively.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and updates to management.
Stay up to date with market trends, competitors, and customer needs to optimize sales strategies.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales plans.
Handle negotiations and close deals to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Good communication skills (Spoken and Written).
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
Outgoing and proactive in providing support.
Travel: Occasional travel to Singapore required for meetings, training, and alignment with HQ management.
