About the role
This role is ideal for individuals interested in technology and looking to embark in a career in sales.
Your responsibilities:
Engage with customers daily both in person and over the phone.
Deliver one-to-one product demonstrations.
Recommend different packages that fit the needs of the user.
Focus on lead engagement, business development, customer service and customer success.
Your will have
Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent desirable.
Minimum 1 year experience in software/ERP/SaaS sales.
Excellent communicator with previous experience in roles that involve confidently speaking on the phone/in-person with decision makers, influencer's and stakeholders.
Inquisitive by nature and hungry to learn about our technology and understanding of the customer's needs and requirements.
Attributes: Active listening, relationship building, objection handling and the desire to close the deal are essential in order to succeed at this role.
Personality: Positive & motivated with a "can-do" attitude, a team player with a pro-active approach to getting the job done. Target driven with the desire to achieve success and grow in their career. Someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, who is persistent and resourceful, with an utmost desire to go above and beyond to deliver excellent results for the customer.
