The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in FMCG sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the FMCG sector.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and cold calling potential clients.- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, distributors, and retailers to maximize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product development or improvement.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, product launches, and pricing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance, analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with customers and distributors to maximize profitability and maintain competitiveness in the market.- Monitor inventory levels and product availability to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and regulatory changes affecting the FMCG sector.-Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase products, network with potential clients, and promote brand visibility.Qualification:-Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably within the FMCG industry.-Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices in the FMCG sector.-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.-Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
