We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Executive to oversee and drive the sales growth of our frozen food products within the food service sector. The successful candidate will develop strategic sales plans, manage key accounts, and expand market presence while ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales objectives in the frozen food service industry.
Identify and target new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales initiatives.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
Attend client meetings to promote products and gather market insights.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in frozen food or food service industry.
Proven track record of sales success and account management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of frozen food industry regulations and quality standards.
Fluency in Mandarin, additional languages are an advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
