\xe3\x83\xbbReview and monitor effectiveness of sales campaign.

\xe3\x83\xbbPlan, formulate and implement sales strategies

\xe3\x83\xbbMeet performance expectations by achieving sales targets and deadlines.

\xe3\x83\xbbGather market expectation and feedback to counter competitors activities at the right time.

\xe3\x83\xbbProvide excellent customer service to gain customers trust.

Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93At least 2-3 years sales management experience in architectural/decorative paints, building materials or industrial products

\xe2\x9c\x93Experience in handling distributor and hardware shop dealer.

\xe2\x9c\x93Pro-active, resourceful, Sales driven and result orientated.- good interpersonal and communication skill

\xe2\x9c\x93Relevant experience in chemical products would be an added advantage.

\xe2\x9c\x93Self-motivated, result oriented team player with good interpersonal communication skills and able to work independently.

\xe2\x9c\x93Pleasant personality with good interpersonal and communication.

\xe2\x9c\x93Possess own transport and able to work outstation.

\xe2\x9c\x93This position will be based in Kelantan and Terengganu
