  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with a focus on selling to Japanese companies and MNCs.
  • In-depth understanding of the Japanese business culture, practices, and communication etiquette.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence decision -makers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a demonstrated ability to handle objections and secure deals.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive and persistent approach to achieving sales goals.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required, to meet clients and attend industry events.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tool to manage leads, track progress and generate reports.
  • Fluent in English and Japanese, both written and verbal to effectively communicate with Japanese clients.
