  • Strong oral & writing command in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia for both internal and external communication purposes
  • Teamwork spirit to work with marketing leads and various departments that supports internal product
Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach potential merchant partners in the food delivery app industry, targeting restaurants, cafes, and other food service establishments.
  • Conduct market research to understand the local market dynamics and competitive landscape.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to engage and onboard new merchant partners.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with merchant partners.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective and existing merchant partners, acting as their main point of contact and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our food delivery app.
  • Collaborate closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support for merchant partners.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and recommend improvements to the sales strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
