Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and market insights.
Track sales performance, forecast demand, and monitor inventory levels.
Analyze consumer trends and recommend action plans.
5. Operational Coordination
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams for stock replenishment, POSM deployment, and pricing accuracy.
Follow up on deliveries, order fulfilment, and resolve customer issues.
6. New Product Development & Launches
Support market research and consumer feedback collection.
Drive successful introductions of new SKUs in retail outlets.
Track launch performance and recommend improvements.
7. Compliance & Administration
Ensure compliance with company policies, credit terms, and trading agreements.
Maintain updated records of contracts, promotional forms, and account documentation.
8. Customer Service
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries and support.
