Job Description


Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/ A Level/Pre-U,Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business,Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Candidates with relevant experience in the plastic manufacturing industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Min 1 year experience in Manufacturing background like plastic manufacturing.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Required skill(s): SQL and MS Office (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics with good communication, networking and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under strict deadlines.
  • Fast learner, creative and willing to explore ideas and act on it.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel locally.
  • Candidates able to Speak & Write in English, Malay. Preferably candidate that can speak in Mandarin.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop an effective customer relationship with the customers for a long-term strategic partnership that goes beyond the sales orders such as helping the customers to meet their operation/product efficiency.
  • Manage and monitor individual sales budgets, operational costs, and other information on orders, payments, and receipts for the account.
  • Reviewing, compiling and analyze supplier quotations, information and related project data such as costing structure, technical data etc.
  • Develop detailed reports on cost/price analysis, including recommending price adjustments.
  • Review evaluate price variance requests from sales/customer with Finance & project team.
  • Ensure all documentation relating to the project costing is updated and maintained.
  • To execute and perform all logistic relevant administrative tasks not limited to preparations of the invoice, delivery documents and packing list.
  • To monitor on outbound delivery status tracking and ensuring meeting delivery schedule.
  • To plan shipment schedule and liaise with warehouse team for cargo readiness.
  • To coordinate closely with freight forwarders to arrange collection of goods and meet cargo loading preparation before container cut off yard time at the port terminal.
  • To coordinate with internal team and resolve issues rise on transportation, logistics arrangement, import and export matters, customer issues and capable to propose corrective and preventive measurements.
  • To able continuously improve shipping & logistic practice to ensure the department performed in most efficient manner.
  • To oversee day to day logistics operations.
  • Any other sales tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
