MohonKelayakanOverview:As a Sales Executive specializing in chain outlets within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and establishing strong relationships with key retail chains. You will focus on building partnerships with national and regional chain outlets to promote our FMCG products and maximize market penetration. This role requires a strategic approach, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the retail landscape.Requirements:

  • Bachelor\'s degree preferably , Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales within the FMCG industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, chain outlet dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to target national and regional chain outlets, identifying decision-makers and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for product placement and promotion within chain outlets, staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Present our FMCG products to chain outlet executives, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
  • Negotiate pricing agreements, promotions, and shelf placements with chain outlets to maximize visibility and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, in-store displays, and marketing materials tailored to chain outlet requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, supply chain) to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and fulfillment for chain outlet clients.
  • Monitor sales performance and market trends within chain outlets, providing regular updates and insights to the management team.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with retail professionals, showcase our products, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Conduct training sessions for chain outlet staff to educate them about our products, promotions, and sales techniques.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to chain outlet clients, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
