Develop and implement short and long-term sales strategies and plans (e.g. plan sales routes, new customer generation, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories. Monitor progress of sales activities independently and implement customized solutions based on changing markets and trends. Research and propose marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements and identifying market trends. Accountable for customers enquiries pertaining to product, samples requisition, registration, shipment status, artwork development, payment schedule visit & etc. Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to convey client requirements and to leverage cross-product/industry business opportunities. Maintaining relationships with clients by making regular e-mail exchange, phone calls and visits to understand their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities where necessary. Collaborate with Immediate Superior to develop sales strategy to establish new business and expand existing business. Assist superior to prepare and attending tradeshow and business trip. Any other duties as assigned by the Management. Job Requirements: Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized institution. 1-2 years\' working experience in Sales and Marketing and experience in Export Sales will be an added advantage. Team player who can work closely with inter-department and immediate superior. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Able to take initiative and work independently. Possessed sales skills and sales negotiation technique. Excellent communication skills and passionate in customer management.
