• Required language(s): Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English; Mandarin will be added advantages.
• Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Capability to implement the latest online marketing tools (e.g. Tiktok, Facebook, Instagrams etc.)
• Prefer candidate with relevant experience on Property Selling

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies (both online and offline marketing strategies) to drive revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service.
• Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance to management.
• Contribute to the development of marketing strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.
