ResponsibilitiesRoles Summary / PurposeWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our company based in Sabah, East Malaysia. This role is pivotal in driving sales, maximizing revenue, and managing both new and existing accounts. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders, while achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth of the company.Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring that sales goals are met. This involves monitoring sales performance, identifying areas for improvement, and creating strategies to increase sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
  • Identify and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals in the respective region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, providing excellent customer service and support.
  • Identify and target potential new dealerships, and develop relationships with existing ones, to expand the business.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitors' movements and market conditions to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities and adjust sales strategies as necessary.
  • Work with dealers to understand their needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Set and monitor sales goals and KPIs, providing regular reports to management.
