Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma /Graduate Diploma in Business or Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
• Able to converse in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Fast learner with passion for sales and business development.
• Must be independent, self motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills and analytical.
• Sales driven and possess strong interest in the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle company\'s leads from social media and convert to sales.
• Undertake customer satisfaction survey/ reporting.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service.
• Direct and coordinate activities involving sales.
• Liaise with existing customers for order or delivery.
• Manage operations of daily online order processing.
• Attend to customer enquiries at a timely and professional manner.
• Execute any duties as instructed by the superior from time to time for the benefit of the company.
