Kelayakan

• Languages: Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
• Have 1-2 years of industrial sales experience (Indoor sales experience is added advantage)
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Flexibility to work during peak floral seasons, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Tanggungjawab

• To liaise with customer for orders, price, and product availability
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Responsible to carry out the appropriate marketing/sales strategy to achieve sales target
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Stay updated on product specifications, promotions, and pricing
• To support in overall sales operation including Stock, Sales, and Logistics (Shipment monitoring, Inventory control)
• To ensure all sales and customer documentation including all invoices, statement report is up to date available and presented on time
• To responsible for the sales collections and adhere to credit control
• To ensure effective and clear communication within the sales team, customer, and others department across the company
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.
• To execute any additional duties ads assigned by Management from time to time
• Reporting to team leader or manager
