The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business to the restaurant by identifying new opportunities, promoting dining and event packages, and building strong relationships with corporate and individual clients. The role involves achieving sales targets through reservations, group bookings, private events, and partnerships while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and regular customers.
Identify new sales opportunities through networking, walk-ins, referrals, and partnerships.
Promote restaurant services, including private dining, group reservations, functions, and special packages.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and event contracts for clients.
Work closely with the restaurant operations team to ensure smooth execution of events and group bookings.
Follow up with clients for feedback and ensure repeat business.
Keep updated records of leads, client contacts, and sales activities.
Monitor competitor activities, promotions, and market trends.
Represent the restaurant at networking events, exhibitions, or marketing activities as required.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
