: .Develop and maintain the Northern region, including Penang, Kedah, and Perak (Taiping). .Identify and prioritize key target clients within the territory. .Handle RFQ (Request for Quotation), Quotation, Purchase Order, and Invoice/Delivery Order using the SUNNET in-house system. .Maintain accurate and organized sales records for reference. .Initiate cold calls, emails, and visits to acquire new clients and generate new leads. .Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. .Address sales inquiries from existing clients and provide solutions to their needs. .Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction. .Act as the primary point of contact between the company and clients. .Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company\'s products. .Prepare marketing and sales materials, including product presentations, brochures, and demos. .Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness and lead generation. .Conduct continuous research to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities. .Evaluate market opportunities and provide feedback to the management team. .Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets. .Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and contribute to the company\'s growth. .Apply basic technical and engineering knowledge to explain product functionality to clients. Required work experience : Fluent in English and Malay (Mandarin / Japanese is a plus but not necessary) Outspoken and high confidence in speaking Basic photoshop skill and design skill is a plus but not necessary (to assist in designing marketing material) Possess own transportation Fresh graduate welcome to apply Experience in e-commerce will be added advantage.
