Requirements

• Possess a Diploma in any field.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, both written and spoken, is mandatory to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Willingness to conduct outdoor sales activities within the Sarawak region.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills to effectively present product offerings and close deals.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Basic understanding of sales management principles and business development strategies.
• Immediate availability to join the company full-time and work onsite in Kuching.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the Sarawak regions, with a focus on expanding Zoomlion's customer base for construction and agricultural machinery.
• Conduct outdoor sales activities, including site visits and product demonstrations, to effectively showcase the features and advantages of Zoomlion's equipment to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations tailored to address the specific needs and requirements of prospective clients.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements aligned with company goals.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to the sales manager.
