Position: Sales Executive
Salary: RM2,500 - RM2,800
Working Days: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) - Work on a Rotational Basis
Location: No. 44-1, Jalan Cyber Valley 1B/1, Cyber Valley Commercial Centre, 43800 Dengkil, Selangor

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our client's nursery and gardening business in Dengkil.
In this role, you will oversee daily sales operations, manage leads from both online and walk-in customers, and contribute to achieving business growth through effective sales and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1) Handle customer inquiries and sales from both online platforms (Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and walk-in customers.
2) Promote and sell plants, flowers, and gardening products to individual and corporate clients.
3) Manage and monitor online leads, ensuring prompt responses and successful conversions into sales.
4) Supervise and guide Sales Assistants to ensure efficient operations and top-quality customer service.
5) Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate product deliveries or pickup arrangements.
6) Support and participate in marketing activities, including social media postings, live sessions, and promotional events.
7) Build and maintain strong relationships with both regular and new customers to encourage repeat business.
8) Track and report daily and weekly sales performance to management.
9) Ensure product displays and the store area are neat, organized, and visually appealing.
10) Stay informed about plant care, product knowledge, and current market trends to provide accurate customer advice.

Requirements

1) Minimum Diploma or SPM qualification (related experience in sales or retail is an advantage).
2) Experience handling social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) for sales or marketing is preferred.
3) Willing to work on weekends (rotational) and handle outdoor or physical tasks when required.
4) Interest or basic knowledge in plants and gardening is an added advantage.
