Sales Executive (logistics)

Job Description

Identify and secure new customers Developing sales strategies and execute sales plans to meet company targets Actively hunt and secure partnerships with overseas freight forwarders to increase sales. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing agents to drive repeat business and referrals. Monitor and analyze freight market trends, ensuring competitive and updated freight rates are promoted to overseas partners. Negotiate and close sales deals efficiently to meet monthly and annual revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of shipments and service offerings. Monitor collections with overseas agents to ensure timely payment from agents.

Requirements:



Has more than three years of sales experience in the logistics company.Sales experience in freight forwarding, preferably in dealing with overseas agent networks. Minimum 2-3 years working experience. Fresh graduate encourage to apply. Knowledge of air and sea freight rates, market trends, and industry pricing structures. Strong abilities in negotiation, communication, and building lasting relationships
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
