Job Description


The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Job Scope Attend to sales enquiries, including telephone enquiries, walk-in customer by providing information of the products to promote the company\'s projects with the objective to achieve sales target. Participate in property launches, events, roadshows, exhibitions, and sales galleries duty. To executive prospecting activities in order to obtain quality and genuine prospect for database for conversion to sales. Build and maintain good relationship with potential customer aimed to increase customer base and loyalty. Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
