Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Sales Inquiries:Reach out to potential customers and follow up with them.
  • Create Quotes: Prepare cost estimates, price quotes, and bids for customers.
  • Initiate Project Handover:Prepare paperwork (Sales Orders) to transition new projects to the Project Department.
  • Gather Market Info: Collect information about market trends and customer demands.
  • Participate in Sales Meetings:Attend and contribute to sales meetings held daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Collect Payments: Make sure customers pay for products or services.
  • Monitor Projects: Keep an eye on project progress and coordination.
  • Assist with Inspections: Help project engineers liaise with safety authorities for equipment inspections and certifications.
  • Meet or Beat Sales Goals: Aim to achieve or surpass sales targets.
  • Complete Sales Process: Handle the entire sales cycle, from identifying leads to closing deals through various means like referrals and cold calls.
  • Build Client Relationships:Maintain good relationships with both existing and potential clients. Visit them regularly, understand their needs, and look for new marketing opportunities.
  • Negotiate Terms: Negotiate terms and ensure that all commercial terms in proposals and orders comply with company policies.
  • Other Tasks: Perform additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
Experience / Qualification
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree/ Diploma in any related fields
  • Proficiency in English &Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Working experience in related fields will be an added advantage.
  • IT savvy and well versed in Microsoft office software.
  • Independent with motivation for sales and have high energy levels.
  • Possess a valid Driving License.
Requirements:
  • Good Presentation Skills: Able to communicate effectively.
  • Related Work Experience:Experience in a similar field is a plus.
  • Strong Sales Skills: Good at negotiating, finding new opportunities, and planning sales strategies.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with knowledge of Mandarin being a bonus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computer software commonly used in offices.
  • Self-Motivated: Can work independently, highly motivated, and energetic.
  • Valid Driver\'s License: Has a valid driver\'s license and is willing to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Benefits:
