Position Title: Sales Executive (Miri) We are recruiting a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our organization\'s rapid and sustainable growth. Job Function The Sales Executive is reporting directly to the Manager, Sales & Business Development. The individual will be based at our Singapore center in Tuas. He/she act as liaison person between operations team and customer service/admin team. Sales Executive is overall responsible for building and maintaining strong rapport with key accounts, existing accounts and to create new accounts by way of sales Job Responsibilities Increase customer base through sales efforts and proactively source, identify, and acquire new potential market segments. Cultivate positive relationships with new customers and reactivate inactive accounts. Develop and implement strategies for building relationships and ensure a consistent, positive experience for every customer. Facilitate strategic planning and action plans to drive sales of advanced training courses and new training programs. Collect and analyze necessary information from customers to understand their problems and feedback, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. Participate in or lead projects by collaborating with other teams/departments to improve the customer experience and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of internal processes. Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate department for necessary changes and improvements. Provide support for backroom sales operations, including customer service, course bookings, and inquiries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the system. Fulfill any additional responsibilities assigned by management or superiors as required. Job Requirements Possess Diploma or degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent. Possess minimum 1 years\' experience in sales or customer services. Possess selling & CRM skills with high competency in product knowledge. Independent, excellent planning and organizational skill. Sales oriented driven for results, dynamic and team player. Fast and prompt response to external/internal clients. Excellent communication and networking skills. Fluency in written and oral English, with excellent writing skills and presentation skills.
