Tanggungjawab

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the signage industry while assisting in the sales and marketing of all company products and services.
• Prepare quotations and presentations, follow up with customers to negotiate and close deals, and understand client needs to provide tailored signage solutions.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure successful project execution and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities; conduct market research to identify new trends and customer preferences.
• Handle customer inquiries to achieve total satisfaction and develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to meet targeted revenue goals.
• Participate in trade shows and networking events, provide feedback on product development, and train junior sales staff to enhance team performance.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare and present sales reports in a timely manner.
