Your responsibilities will include some or all of the following: Actively acquire new clients via multiple communications methods (cold-calling, emails, networking sessions) and different channels (self-source, referrals). Manage the end-to-end sales process, from inbound and outbound leads\' generation to onboarding of the clients. Develop sales strategies and action plans for every prospect. Conduct due diligence and credit assessment on the clients and recommend for higher management\'s approval. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure business and clients\' satisfaction. Gather clients\' feedback and conduct thorough analysis for product enhancement. Assess market opportunities via researching and understanding of the current market landscape of financing in South-East Asia. Qualifications, Competencies And Traits We Look For Bachelor\'s degree - preferably (but not necessarily) in Business, Sales, or equivalent. Min 1-2 years related working experience in Sales is preferred. Proven track record in meeting sales targets. Has full knowledge of the sales process. Proficient in Mandarin. Has strong client management skills and ability to keep promises. Has a positive and determined attitude to researching new business opportunities. A driven, motivated and result-oriented person. A confident negotiator and ability to \'close the deal\'. A self starter who is open minded, takes initiatives and makes things happen.
