  • Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential customers.
  • Responsible to implement sales strategies to achieve sales target set by the management.
  • Retain and expand sales to existing customer and develop new market.
  • Identify potential markets that could boost sales and revenues.
  • Closes new business deal by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirement with business operations.
  • Responsible for day-to-day sales administrative documentation and activities including order receiving, order inquiry, invoices submission, etc.
  • Attend to customers and ascertains each customer's needs.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternative within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • To provide quotation and/or submit tender in a timely manner.
  • Coordination on sales forecast pick up, compilation and distribution.
  • Attend to customers for all sales related matter (regular visit, prepare quotation, sales processing, arrange sample/delivery, payment collection, follow up pending issue etc).

  • Practice and maintain professional etiquette when dealing with clients.
