Requirements

• Min education is Certificates/ Vocational/ Diploma in any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, Training will be provided.
• Experience in inside sales and Customer Service.
• Strong Communication and Negotiation skills with clients and suppliers.
• Familiarity with IT hardware, software, and AV solutions is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Detail-oriented with Strong Organizational and Multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities
Cold Calling & Lead Generation

• Conduct daily outbound calls to identify new business opportunities.
• Promote company services (IT hardware, software, AV solutions).
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.

SOA Management

• Prepare and send Statements of Account (SOA) regularly.
• Follow up on outstanding payments

Costing & Order Management

• Verify stock availability and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Sales Support

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, and proposals.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly.

Customer Relationship Management

• Maintain strong customer relationships and professional business ethics.
