- We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative agent who specializes in B2B

sales to join our team and help expand our footprint and support our partners' growth. You

will be responsible for promoting products over the phone and emails, helping users set

up, and maintaining good customer relationships. You must have excellent communication

skills and be comfortable selling over the phone.

- Food & Mart is the fastest-growing startup with us and is growing rapidly towards

becoming Southeast Asia's #1 provider of food delivery services. The objective of the role is

to help the company grow by expanding user's usage of products.

Responsibilities for this role include:

- Contacting potential or existing customers to promote products & services

- Asking questions to understand customer requirements

- Emphasize product features to highlight how it support customer requirements

- Answering questions about products and features

- Walking customers through product setup

- Working against targets to achieve sales and conversions

- Keep records of calls and outcomes

- Follow up with customers to maintain relationships

Your qualifications and skills:

- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role (Open

to fresh graduate)

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

- Ability to understand products and explain them to prospective customers

- Conduct sales ethically, recommending products relevant to user needs

- Be a self-starter and proactive in managing time and targets

- High attention to detail and accuracy on data recording

- Have a competitive edge and thrive in a team environment

- Excellent written/typing and spoken communication skills in English & Bahasa Melayu &

Mandarin (Mandatory)

- Degree/Diploma will be a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,300.00 per month
