Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Damansara Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Industry: FMCG (Lighters)

Reporting to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Spend at least 70% of time in the field focusing on sales growth. Drive sales and achieve assigned sales territories monthly/quarterly targets across retail, wholesale, and modern trade channels. Visit Distribution Business Partner (DBP) and Key Wholesalers (KW) monthly and conduct joint market visit with DBP and KW sales representatives to ensure product availability and visibility. Conduct Monthly Business Review with owner of DBP and KW. Identify and develop new business opportunities, wholesalers, and retail partners. Manage existing customer relationships to ensure hitting sales targets and strong partnerships. Develop and propose for management approval on sales strategies tailored to each individual DBP/KW to respective needs. trading terms, promotions, and contracts with key accounts. develop campaigns and promotions for key retailers Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotions and provide regular market feedback and recommend effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in FMCG, consumer goods, or tobacco-related industries. Strong network with retailers, distributors, and wholesalers in Malaysia. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment. Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia. Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and various Mandarin dialects is an advantage.
