Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, SPM
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Critical observer-thinker, bringing fresh perspective and offer intuitive solutions and ideas.
• Business-minded where applicable with entrepreneurship skill to ensure business success.
• Have strong knowledge of applicable system automation, business solution software\'s.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs.
• Negotiate prices, quantities, and specifications with clients. They may also negotiate contracts and packages.
• Present and demonstrate products or services to clients.
• Follow up on product or service issues with clients.
• Research the market and competition to stay ahead.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote their company\'s products and services.
• Record sales figures and produce reports.
• Create proposals and bids for business.
• Analyze customer inquiries, feedback, and behavior to acquire and retain clients.
