Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Candidates with experience in the Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry are preferred.
Excellent communication, telemarketing, and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Positive working mindset with a proactive attitude.
Dynamic, self-motivated, responsible, and a good team player.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for business growth in the Freight Forwarding market (import/export/domestic).
Develop and execute sales strategies, including marketing, business development, pipeline management, and negotiating pricing and terms with customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
Understand and stay updated on international freight and logistics trends.
Work to win and retain customers by developing and expanding logistics opportunities.
Be proactive, ambitious, and results-driven with a pleasant and professional attitude.
