Job Responsibilities: Active development of customer relationships. Develops long-term partnerships with customers defined by the rules in his/her defined geographical area. Monitors and generates sales of products to ensure sales goals and market share are achieved and acceptable for the assigned territory. Develops together with clients the ideal device / solution portfolio that meet customer needs. Main interface between and the client regarding devices / solutions, utilizing all necessary resources. Keeps an awareness of the competition, their strengths, weaknesses, sales and marketing methods and philosophies. Generates and manages the sales process. Negotiates and closes deals within the assigned region. To support local FSE\'s in ensuring client needs are met and the overall safety business is aligned and moving in the same direction and at the same phase. To provide guidance to the local FSE\'s in terms of client relations and resolving any issues arising within the assigned region including Brunei. Work independently to ensure SCP\'s within the assigned territories continue to develop the business in a healthy manner and in addition, actively engage new suitable partners to increase the coverage and presence of within different industries and sectors. Job Requirements: A diploma or degree in a related discipline from an accredited Polytechnic or University (preferably in the field of either Business, Science or Engineering). Three (3) or more years Sales & Marketing experience in safety products preferred. Computer literacy is a must, knowledge in Microsoft Office Software. Able to gather information and prepare quotes/ price analysis for customers Valid driving licence and willing to travel for work where necessary. Able to work independently and good ability to think creatively. Good PR and communication skills.
