Bachelor\'s degree holder in Marketing or Business or any equivalent professional qualification .
With previous working experience work in as sales representative , consistently meeting or exceeding targets .
Team player, strong analytical skills.
Good communication skills in both spoken and written English or other .
Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge in RM Management.
Responsibilities
Achieving Sales Target
Ensure market in intelligence are properly gathered in a swift accurate manner
Maintaining and creating good relationship with all stakeholder , especially Developers and architects
Making sure company\'s profitability target is achieved
Negotiation with company\'s interested terms of profitability long term sales effects and short term business goals
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Undertake other sales, marketing and business development duties specified by Management from time to time.
