INO Nature Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales Executive or Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Seri Kembangan, Selangor. This full-time position will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions and incentive programs
Analyze market trends and provide timely feedback to the management team to adapt sales strategies
Collaborate with product and branding teams to align sales strategies
Build, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing and new distributors / stockists
Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts, activity reports and performance analysis
What we're looking for
Proven experience in sales (preferably in the agriculture, agrochemical, fertilizer, or biotech industry)
Diploma or bachelor's degree in agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing, or a related field
Exceptional negotiation, communication and closing skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
