Requirements

• Required language(s): English and Malay
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin is added advantage as role requires candidate
• SPM / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Communications or any related field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Independent, self-motivated and good critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clients to understand their design preferences, requirements, and budgetary constraints.
• Preparing accurate project estimates and quotations based on client specifications.
• Collaborating closely with client and in house designer teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of projects.
• Preparing a detailed project plan & schedule with the project milestones, workflow & activities.
• Identifying and solving potential risks and issues when arise.
• Monitor the site progress, resolve any site issues that arise to ensure project handover on time.
