Requirements

• Achieve at least Diploma.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related fields (preferably in automotive or e-commerce).
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
• Willing to work in shift-based schedules.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Maintain a strong understanding of iMotorbike's products and services.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally.
• Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
• Work closely with the team to execute sales strategies.
• Update and maintain records of sales activities.
