Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:



Responsible for overseeing and driving the dealership's sales operations. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company objectives. Recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their sales skills and performance. Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimise sales processes. To work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and analyse sales performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

:

Minimum of 4 years of working experience in Sales within the automotive industry ( preferably in car brand with proven track record, EV experience is an added advantage ). Excellent leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in using sales-related software and tools. At least Diploma/ Degree or higher in any related field is preferred.
