Requirements

• Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in solar, renewable energy, property, or related industries.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
• Self-driven, confident, and able to work independently.
• Passionate about sustainable energy and technology-driven solutions.
• Possess own transport and willingness to travel for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales goals for our solar products and services.
• Educate Customers: Inform potential clients about the benefits of NEM and our solar systems.
• Identify Opportunities: Find new customers and market areas to expand our business.
• Develop Marketing Strategies: Create and implement plans to promote our solar products.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Provide excellent service throughout the sales and project process.
