• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Must be able to communicate well in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Computer knowledge.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred, as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking suppliers in China.
• Willing to travel.
• Possess own transport.
• Initiative, responsible, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers within the assigned area.
• Maintain good rapport with customers, manage, and interpret customers' needs.
• Ensure achieving sales target.
• Keep track of sales forecasts and ensure all compiled data is accurate with a high sense of integrity.
• Communicate well within departments to ensure orders are processed according to terms and conditions and delivered to customers on time.
• Resolve problems and respond promptly. Provide a high standard of service to customers.
• Assist the team in all sorts of sales and marketing activities.
• Prepare reports, market research, presentations, and other paperwork.
• Assist in monitoring monthly collection and debtors' aging reports.
