Proficient in speaking, listening, reading, and writing Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (educational level not restricted).
Basic computer skills.
Possess excellent communication skills, teamwork abilities, and self-management skills.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their problems.
Handle post-sales services and collect customer feedback.
Enter customer transactions and orders into the system.
Print orders and assist in arranging shipments.
Monitor product inventory and sales performance, and proactively conduct demand forecasting and restocking plans.
