Provide great customer experience through consultative approach
Acquiring a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements
Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Responsible for managing customer account effectively, providing great experience to customers and delighting customers while building rapport and loyalty by keeping close contact.
Identify and establish right contact with important key accounts proactively, opportunities mapping to dig potential opportunities.
Develop key account plan for defined key accounts and implement the plan to achieve financial result.
Carry out professional sales activities which shall include respond to sales inquiries, sales presentation at client site, manage and prioritize focused efforts to win projects, etc.
Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
